And that's a Wrap...

My good friend, Mark at one of our favorite Thai places in Lynnwood.   It was good to catch-up.

We started the day over breakfast with Vann & Christine, our good friends from Republic, WA.   But, alas, I forgot to take pictures!

Then it was lunch in Edmonds with Paul & Cheryl, our former neighbors (we moved, they didn't).  These people are a hoot.  I'm glad we've remained friends.  And Paul gave me a hat!  Thank you!!!

Astute reader, you will have to expand the photo to read what it says, because it isn't what you think...

And, of course, I forgot to get a photo with them!

We met Mike & Kathy of Raindancer, a Selene 60 Ocean trawler Classic.  They keep this boat like a museum piece.   It is absolutely gorgeous.

Being the very small world that it is, it turned out that Mike & I both worked at Stemilt over in Wenatchee in the late 80s-90s.   We are sure we worked with each other, but neither of us could remember!

We had a surprise guest today grace our bow pulpit.  Looks like a Kingfisher to me.   My Mom would have known for sure, I miss you, Mom.

Our good friends from Bellevue, John & Teri joined us for a Mex dinner aboard.   Lots of good conversations and catching up on their 40th anniversary, nonetheless!
What a beautiful sunset tonight and a great picture to close out this year's Alaskan Adventure aboard Blue Redd blog.

Good Night All.   See you next year!
